What is a DASS 21 Scoring Guide?

A DASS 21 scoring sheet is a resource you and fellow practitioners can use to interpret the scores you�??ve obtained on the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale. On our DASS-21 scoring guide template, you can expect to find the following:

How to use the DASS 21 Scoring:

Step One. Access and Download the Template

Step Two. Conduct the DASS-21 Test

Step Three. Interpret the Score

Step Four. Fill the Template

DASS 21 scoring interpretation?

To get a score, you must have a sum of your client�??s answers organized according to the assigned letter. For your benefit, we�??ve added the legend of each letter below:

  • S = stress
  • A = anxiety
  • D = depression

Each emotion score range has a corresponding interpretation. And it�??s as easy as matching the score to the severity of stress, anxiety, or depression.
