One easy way to enter values for the y-axis is to put your starting weight in the top box, and then put your goal in the bottom box. Then put in the values in-between these two weights in the remaining boxes. For easier maths, you can always round these weights to the nearest 10 pounds or kilograms depending on which units you prefer.
