Step 1: Access the family tree diagram template

As you scroll down through this guide, you will see an image of our blank family tree coupled with a free family tree example. Hover on it, and click the Use template button.

Step 2: Share with clients

Print the family tree diagram and give it to your clients. Tell them to fill out their basic information. If you have a Carepatron account, you may send it to them so they can answer it during their free time. Explain how it works and can help them and a family member.

Step 3: Have clients answer the family tree template

Instruct clients to start by filling out their information at the center of the template and then trace their lineage backward by adding details about their siblings, parents, and grandparents.
