This is the best way to receive the most value out of your treatments, meaning that there is no specific value included within the worksheets. Your clients should come up with their own values that are important to them, to ensure that their core beliefs are accurately represented.

 

How do I write a value worksheet?

Fortunately, value worksheets encompass a variety of questions and prompts for the client to answer. The client does not come up with the content itself, rather, they simply answer the questions. However, the values worksheet does encourage clients to spend some time reflecting on their own values and requires patients to name specific values that are important to them.

How many values can be included in a value worksheet?

There is no limit to the number of values that should be included within a value worksheet. However, it is recommended that you touch on at least five values of the client. The more the better however don't enforce this rule, as some clients may value more things in life than others.
