The "Your Year of Care" giveaway ("Promotion") is open to new Carepatron users who create a free trial account between 1 February 2026 and 11:59 pm ET on 31 March 2026. Open to legal residents aged 18+. Employees of Carepatron Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Entry: No purchase necessary to enter. Start a free trial and complete your first appointment before 11:59 pm ET on 31 March 2026 to be automatically entered into the draw. One entry per clinic (multiple accounts from the same clinic will be treated as a single entry).
Prize: One (1) winner will receive 12 months of Carepatron's Advanced plan (Maximum Retail Value: USD $4,999). The prize is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions, and has no cash equivalent.
Winner selection: he winner will be selected by random draw on or around 7 April 2026 and notified by email within 7 days. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
50% discount: New users who upgrade to a paid plan before 11:59 pm ET on 31 March 2026 automatically receive 50% off their first 6 months. This discount is separate from the giveaway draw and applies regardless of whether you win.
Tax: Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. For US residents, prizes over $600 require a W-9 for IRS reporting.
