They must have a diagnosis of a cancer that is covered by durvalumab treatment. They also can't have any autoimmune diseases or bacterial infections because immunotherapy might make things worse for them instead.

They must undergo blood tests that can assess organ functions. Their organs must be functioning adequately before undergoing durvalumab treatment. They also shouldn't take any medication that affects their immune system function.

Since this medicine is administered intravenously, you will need an IV catheter and infusion pump.
