The first dose will take between 2.5 or more hours. Subsequent doses will take between 2.5 or 3.5 to 4 hours to administer.

Relapsing-remitting (RRMS), primary progressive (PPMS), secondary progressive (SPMS), and progressive relapsing (PRMS).

They need to avoid strenuous activities. They can do light activities for the first two days, though. After two days, they can resume their daily activities. They must also attend any scheduled follow-up appointments, especially ones for subsequent doses.
